The terms that apply when you book a coaching engagement, enrol in a training program, or use this site.

Who This Covers

These terms apply to two things RealignUrCareer (run by Gopal) offers: 1:1 career counselling and coaching for individuals, and corporate technical training programs (.NET, SQL Server, Azure, Soft Skills, AI Prompting) delivered to teams. By booking a discovery call, enrolling in a programme, or submitting the training inquiry form, you're agreeing to the terms below.

Coaching Services

  • The Discovery Call is free and carries no obligation to purchase anything.
  • Pricing for the Quick Clarity, Realignment Starter, Realignment Pro, and Realignment Premium programmes is as published on the site at the time of booking, exclusive of applicable taxes, and may change for future bookings.
  • Payment plans are available on request and agreed individually before a programme starts.
  • Sessions are delivered via Zoom, phone, or in person, as agreed with you in advance.
  • Coaching supports your own decisions and actions — we don't guarantee specific career outcomes (a new role, a promotion, a resignation), and testimonials on this site reflect individual clients' experiences, not typical or guaranteed results.

Corporate Training Programs

  • Every engagement is scoped individually via the training inquiry form — headcount, duration, and pricing are agreed in a proposal before a program begins, not sold as a fixed package.
  • Curriculum details on the track pages (phases, session counts, capstone projects) describe the standard program design; the specific schedule for your team is confirmed in your proposal.
  • Cancellation, rescheduling, and payment terms for a booked program are set out in that program's proposal or agreement, not on this page.

Using This Site

The content, curriculum descriptions, and design of this site belong to RealignUrCareer. You're welcome to link to it or share pages; please don't reproduce the curriculum content or site design elsewhere without asking first.

No Warranty

This site and the information on it are provided as-is. We've made a genuine effort to keep curriculum details, pricing, and contact information accurate and current, but we don't guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from a coaching or training engagement will first be discussed directly between the parties before any other step is taken.
