What This Site Is

RealignUrCareer is run by Gopal, offering 1:1 career counselling and coaching, and separately, corporate technical training programs. This policy covers realign-ur-career.in only — it doesn't cover WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or email once a conversation moves to those platforms, which are governed by their own privacy terms.

What We Collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. There are two ways that happens on this site:

• The training inquiry form (training-inquiry.html) — program of interest, headcount, team count, duration, experience level, optional budget, and your name, company, and phone or email.
• Direct contact — if you reach out via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or a discovery call booking, whatever you choose to share in that conversation.

This site does not use cookies, analytics, or any tracking scripts. The only third-party requests your browser makes are to Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) for typefaces and to the Lucide icon library (unpkg.com) for the interface icons — both deliver static assets and don't set tracking cookies on our behalf.

How Your Information Is Sent

The training inquiry form gives you a choice of three delivery methods, and your data only travels the one you pick:

• WhatsApp — opens a pre-filled WhatsApp chat to our number; the message is sent through WhatsApp, not stored on this site.
• Email (your mail app) — opens a pre-filled draft in your own email client for you to review and send.
• Email (send directly) — submits the form to our backend. This delivery option is not live yet; if you see it offered before that's in place, please use WhatsApp or your own email client instead.

Nothing you enter into the form is transmitted anywhere until you press "Send Training Request" and it reaches whichever channel you selected.

How We Use It

Information you send is used only to respond to your enquiry — assessing training needs, scoping a proposal, or scheduling a discovery call. We don't sell, rent, or share it with third parties, and we don't use it for marketing you didn't ask for.

Your Choices

You can ask us to delete any information you've previously sent us, or ask what we hold, by messaging us on WhatsApp or LinkedIn (links below). Since we don't run accounts, cookies, or a database of site visitors, there's nothing to opt out of beyond simply not submitting the form.
